Kinn & Ko does not accept refunds or exchanges outside the unlikely event a gift is damaged whilst in transit. If this occurs the item/s can be returned to Kinn & Ko, provided we are notified within 24 hours of the gift being received. All products are checked for quality before dispatch, and while we endeavour to deliver your product in perfect condition, what happens when the goods are dispatched is out of our control.

If you intend to seek a refund or exchange, you must contact us at kinnandko@gmail.com to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, reason for the return or exchange and any supporting photos.
